Esemplare unico, questa 392 cc 4 cilindri due tempi fu costruita dalla Derbi nel 1954 sotto la direzione tecnica di Jaume Pahissa per correre la 24 ore di Barcellona. Ma la moto non risultò affidabile a sufficienza ed il progetto fu poi abbandonato. Fotografata al Museo della Moto a Bassella, in Spagna nel settembre 2010 da Phil Aynsley.
The only example made, this 392cc 4 cylinder 2-stroke was constructed by Derbi in 1954 under the technical direction of Jaume Pahissa. It was meant to compete in the Barcelona 24 Hour race but didn't prove to be reliable enough, and the project was eventually cancelled.
